Click on "Membership Application" link above and fill out the information. You will be asked to upload copies of the following information while completing your form:
Government-issued ID (Active duty, retired, or veteran ID, drivers license, or state ID card)
- Copy of DD-214 if separated or retired from the military
- Your biography which will be uploaded as an attachment
- Letter of recommendation from a supervisor (military or civilian), college professor, or a professional source who can provide information on your character, work ethic, professionalism, etc...
Please black out social security numbers on any document/ID being submitted.
There will also be a Non Refundable $50 application fee required at the time of application submission.
