The ORCHIDS of LAMBDA organization is Lambda Beta Alpha's female adult auxiliary sorority, consisting of women ages 18 and up, who serve the veteran community. These women, which we fondly call "Dames," are a key support system for our service members and are no strangers to the hard work that comes with that role.
The Orchids were founded on August 1, 2018 and they function as an auxiliary sorority to Lambda Beta Alpha Military Sorority, Incorporated. Dames assist in fostering a familial atmosphere among its members, provide support and insights to families of new service members, and support the public through various community service projects.
Dames are ambassadors for good in their local communities, supporting each other as well as playing a key role in the growth, professionalization, and mentorship of future Lady leaders. They know their life experience is a treasure that is best shared when given to the next generation.
