Lambda Beta Alpha Military Sorority, Incorporated® (LBA) is a 501(c)(3) organization founded on November 10, 2017 by ten military servicewomen who were seeking a way to strengthen their bond as Sisters-in-Arms.

The mission of Lambda Beta Alpha is to cultivate sisterhood among a select group of women exclusively drawn from all branches of the US Armed Forces. Through philanthropy and community service, we aim to strengthen bonds while advocating for women veterans' concerns. We also strive to educate and support young women entering the military, as well as offer outreach and assistance to our fellow servicewomen transitioning out of the military.
