We are so excited you are considering applying to join our sisterhood.  To take the first step, you'll want to apply and pay your membership application fee.

Please, click on the "Membership Application" link above and fill out the information. You will be asked to upload copies of the following information while completing your form:

• Government-issued ID (Active duty, retired, or veteran ID, drivers license, or state ID card)
• Copy of DD-214 (if separated or retired from the military)
• Your biography (please upload as an attachment as either .pdf or .doc)
• Letter of recommendation from a supervisor (military or civilian), college professor, or a professional source who can provide information on your character, work ethic, professionalism, etc.
• Please black out sensitive data (such as social security numbers, DoD ID numbers, etc.) on any document/ID being submitted.  While your information is protected, we do not need this information to confirm your identity.

There is a non-refundable $50 application fee required at the time of application submission.  See "Zeffy" link below for payment.  You will certify on your application that you have paid this fee.
